1. Price
Price is mainly based on FOB China in US Dollars, but Nature Toner also can offer C&F, CIF, DDU to door and other term’s price upon your request. More favorable price can be available if order quantity is in large condition.
2. Minimum order amount / quantity
USD 3,000 mixed-totally per sea shipment; USD 2,000 mixed-totally per air shipment; 
No exact or strict minimum order quantity on each product model, you can order different products in one order.
3. Ex-factory time
From 3 to 15 working days upon order confirmation based on different order quantity
4. Payment way and payment terms
  (1)T/T wire transfer (2) Western Union (3) PayPal (4) Irrevocable L/C at sight if order amount reaches USD 20,000
Usually we only accept payment in advance (prepaid), we start production based on your payment or deposit receipt, then ship out your order upon your due payment. Credit amount and time can be discussed according to customer’s payment record and specific situation.

Nature Toner provide 100% guarantee for all exported products. Agree to 1:1 replacement or refund for defectives exceeding allowance rate.
6. Packaging & OEM serive
(1) Bulk packing with plastic bag only, no gift box.
(2) Neutral white box, brown box or neutral color box according to different product.

(4) OEM service: Customer''s own brand packing
A. Toner cartridge: MOQ is 2,000pcs for each box, at least 1 box to start.
B. Ink cartridge: MOQ is 2,000pcs for each box, at least 4 different boxes to start. Most of ink cartridge is 4-6 models per set.
C. Private label on cartridge body: MOQ is 1000pcs for each model .
--- The box includes both special box (one product model one box) and universal box plus label (products in same size can use same universal box, just stick different model labels on box), it’s up to customer. 
--- Nature Toner offer both customer’s brand packing and neutral packing, but we don’t offer original packing or packing with original Logo which is illegal in China.

7. Sample Policy
Sample can be available upon customer''s request.
Sample cost and shipping cost (free or charge) depend on sample quantity and specific situation.
No minimum quantity for sample order by air shipment.
If you have your own Air Express account, you can arrange shipment by yourself. If you don’t have, you can pay shipping cost to us in advance, Nature Toner will arrange shipment by Express, which is very safe and fast, only takes 3-5 days to you.
8. Shipment
Nature Toner is located in Zhuhai city, Guangdong province, South China, as a seaside city, it is convenient for us to ship your order, both by Air Express and by sea. Shipment can be carried out by your forwarder or our forwarder, we suggest using our forwarder which is more professional and cheaper.
